• Once an order is confirmed, our customer support team may call or message you for order verification.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of product costs.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay the total invoice amount in cash to the delivery rider upon receiving your package.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or communicated directly during order confirmation based on your area.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen weather conditions, national holidays, or courier disruptions.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us immediately.

• Unboxing Video: We strongly advise customers to record a short unboxing video when opening the parcel for faster claim resolution.
• Claims for damaged or wrong products must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proof via WhatsApp or Call.
